1. We send one lady to your home. Never a team. This one lady is accountable to your tastes and decisions as to how you would like your house cleaned.
2. You get the same cleaning lady each time. Whether your cleaning is weekly or bi-weekly, you can be comfortable that you don't have a different person entering your home each time we provide our cleaning services to you. This is important because your cleaning lady will understand your desires and needs. There will be no room for mis-interpretation as to how you want your cleaning performed.
3. We use your supplies and equipment. While on the surface, this may not seem important, consider this: Do you want a cleaning lady to be mopping your floors with a mop that she has been using elsewhere? We believe that this practice protects you, our valued client, from being exposed to un-neccessary risk.
4. We guarantee that we will use the products that you choose. In this day of environmental consciousness, we won't substitute your choice for a cheaper, less environmentally friendly alternative. This practice also applies if you wish us to use hypo-allergenic products, or any other products for any other reason. We guarantee it.
